These New York Photos were taken on my latest trip to this spectacular city. Overall I’ve been there quite a few times in my life as you will always find something new there. This time I only had one evening to take New York Photos as I was continuing to St. Maarten on the next day. I managed to take lots of photos though of many great spots, like Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Center, Flatiron Building and Times Square.
Especially at night you can take some spectacular New York photos, as there is always something going on and the lights are always bright. Make sure to bring a Travel Tripod though! If you haven’t been there, you should definitely check out Rockefeller Center’s rooftop at night and take some skyline photographs. Sadly, hotels are quite expensive in New York. You can also take a hotel in the boroughs, as the subway system is quite large and (despite looking pretty old) gets you to most places. It’s also easy to get around the city: if you’re not in the mood to walk (which I personally would recommend), you can get a cab or use the subway system. For me, a photowalk checking out all the sights to take New York Photos is the best option!
Where to take the best New York Photos?
To take the best New York Photos you should definitely go on top of either Empire State Building or Rockefeller Center. I recommend Rockefeller Center though as the view is better and it is less crowded. Speaking of crowded: Times Square is also a “must-see” at night and is perfect for photographs. Central Park is also great for photos, especially Strawberry Fields. Besides all these well-known hotspots, there are so many other great photo spots: check out the meatpacking district and Greenwich Village when you have the chance!
