I was able to take all these Australia Photos during a roadtrip I did in 2011. As a friend of mine was studying in Sydney, I visited him. I flew via London and Hong Kong to Sydney, and back via Auckland and Los Angeles to do a Round-the-World trip.
When I got to Sydney, we grabbed our rental car at Hertz and bought the most important roadtrip things (gas cooker, beach chairs, food, a frisbee and a ball) and headed off north in the early morning. It was awesome to take Australia Photos early in the morning at dawn, with the dusk settling in over the road. Our first stops were in Newcastle, Port MacQuarie and Coffs Harbour with some great sightseeing “musts” along the road. We crossed through the hippie town of Nimbin and headed to the Gold Coast. There, we live with a friend of ours: Gogo, who emigrated from Bavaria and hosted us in a very lovely way! After boat trips through Surfers Paradise and some heavy clubbing, we took some great beach Australia Photos. After these days, we headed to Brisbane where we stayed with another friend of ours and took some Australia Photos in the city. We headed off for the outback and did a great roadtrip inside the country. Heading north to Cairns, we stopped in Bundaberg and Townsville, until we reached the Great Barrier Reef and the Whitsundays. All in all, this was one of the most epic trips in my life and neither words or Australia Photos can describe how awesome this place is!
