I’ve visited only three countries in South America so far, so there is still a lot to discover for me. So far I have been to Brazil, Colombia and Peru but I have to say that each visit was an awesome experience with many perfect spots for photography. My visit to Colombia only consisted of a single day I had at Cartagena during a cruise stop. Although the time was limited, this town offered so many awesome and typical South America Photo spots that you should experience for yourself! When I came to Brazil I luckily had a longer stay there. I flew in to Rio de Janeiro and stayed for three days. These days were just awesome: I managed to visit Cristo Redentor, the Copacabana, the Corcovado, Pao de Acucar and many other spots in this vibrant Brazilian city. If you have the chance – visit Brazil and take some of the best South America Photos for yourself. My third time in South America was a visit to Peru; a country that was not on my todo list but came out as one of the best vacations I ever did! I flew to Lima and on to Cuzco for five days and visited all the great sights of the Sacred Valley of the Inca, like Salinas de Maras, Moray, Pisac Ruins, Pisaq Market and Sacsayhuaman. Of course I also visited the highlight of every Peru trip: Machu Picchu! This old Inca town is one of the greatest experiences of the world and surely a place for some awesome South America Photos.
